Please read these Terms of Service ("Agreement", "Terms of Service") carefully as they govern your access to and use of our Application. You may not choose or use as a username the name of another person with the intent to impersonate that person; use as a username a name that is subject to any rights of a person other than yourself without appropriate authorization; use a name that is offensive, vulgar or obscene name as the username. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account and for keeping your account password secure. You may not use another person's user account or registration information in connection with the Products without permission. You must notify us immediately of any change in your eligibility to use the Products, breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace any of these Terms of Service, or to change, suspend or discontinue the Product (including, without limitation, the availability of any feature, database or content) at any time. Post notices on the Site or send you notices through the Products via email or other appropriate electronic communication method. We may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to some or all Products without prior notice or liability. Although we will provide prompt notice of modifications, you are also responsible for regularly checking these Terms of Service for changes.
